Liability Release: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate in the Gately Audio Show at the Sacramento Autorama, the registered participant agrees to indemnify Gately Audio Inc., John Buck Enterprises, Inc., dba RodShows, In the Garage Media The Cal Expo, committees, agents, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, and/or losses that the participants, their guests (including family and relatives) may sustain or incur as a result of their attendance/participation in this event.
