Custom Enclosure Process

1. Submit Project Details: To begin, please complete the form below, provide detailed dimensional information for your vehicle, desired enclosure space as well as what subwoofers you are thinking of using and how much power. If you don't have all these details worked out, we will be happy to advise. The more precise the measurements and specifications, the more accurate we can be with your design.

2. Quote Approval & Payment: After reviewing your information, we will provide a detailed quote for your project. Once you give us the green light, we will issue an invoice. Your project will move forward once payment is received in full.

3. Design & Rendering: Upon payment, your enclosure is placed in our design queue. When your project reaches the front of the queue, we will send you a rendering for review and approval prior to production.

4. Production: After your approval, your enclosure moves into production where it will be built for you.

5. Shipping Coordination; Once your enclosure is completed, we will contact you to arrange and take payment for shipping.

Most custom birch enclosures ship within 2–6 weeks from the date of payment, depending on current production volume.
