All custom enclosures are built to your exact specifications and are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Production Enclosure Cancellation Policy
All Gately Audio production enclosures are built to order. Once an order is placed, materials are allocated and your build is scheduled immediately. All sales are considered final after 48 hours.

• Cancelled within 48 hours: Full refund minus a 3–4% payment processing fee, which is non-refundable to us.
• Cancelled after 48 hours – 14 days: Refund of 85% of the order total.
• Cancelled after 14 days – prior to shipment: Refund of 70% of the order total.
• Return requested after shipment: Refund of 60% of the order total. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be received by Gately Audio in its original, undamaged condition.
• Enclosures with custom cutouts: All sales are final. Enclosures modified with custom cutouts are non-refundable and not eligible for return under any circumstances.
