This is, without a doubt, the best-built subwoofer enclosure I’ve ever seen. Calling it a subwoofer box doesn’t do it justice it’s a true work of art. The craftsmanship is incredible, and the attention to detail is second to none. What impressed me even more was the customer service. After I placed my order, Gately Audio personally reached out to thank me and verify that my subwoofer was a good match. They researched my specific subwoofer and let me know the enclosure I ordered was larger than the manufacturer recommends, which could have damaged it. but instead took the time to help me avoid an expensive mistake. That kind of honesty is hard to find. They also made sure the subwoofer cutout was the perfect size. It’s the little things like this that make you feel like more than just a customer.
